Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Palouse Brand Green Split Peas
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. whole raw almonds
- 1 tbsp. whole raw cashews
- 1 tbsp. carob chips
- 1 tbsp. whole flaxseed
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ cup spinach
- ½ cup frozen berries
- ½ cup frozen peaches
Directions
- Place dry ingredients in a blending with a milling blade, mill them and set aside.
- Place leafy greens in blender, add fruit and/or veggies, and add dry milled ingredients.
- Add water to the max fill line. Place extractor blades on the container and blend.
