Our Multi-Purpose Flour is small batch stone ground from our Washington State Grown Soft White Wheat Berries. These wheat berries mill into a beautiful bright golden color with a mild nutty flavor and a touch of sweetness. The touch of sweetness in our whole grain multi-purpose flour is just what you’ll need to fill the house with delicious warm pastries, cookies and cakes.
All of our our flours are milled in small batches and have a shorter 6-month shelf life due to the natural oils they contain. We don't remove any parts or add preservatives, preserving the flour's natural quality.
