"I was initially disappointed with these beans because 60% of them split during brining, which suggests the beans were old. However, since I was making refried beans this wasn't a deal-breaker. That said, absolutely delicious, flavorful beans and aquafaba. Some of the most flavorful beans I've ever tasted. Hoping for a younger batch next time I order, which I will!"
