Additional Sizes 4 LB Linen Bag

Clear Creek Golden Lentils are sourced from a Montana farm. We are working to bring nutrient rich products sourced specifically from farms across the Pacific Northwest. Our 4 pound bag of Golden Lentils is packaged in our reusable, drawstring linen bags which are made from 100% cotton and are printed with a water based ink. We love having packaging that is plant-based and environmentally friendly and the fact that these bags are great for easy pantry storage.

We strive to bring high quality, sustainably grown products like our Clear Creek Golden Lentils to your kitchens. These brightly colored lentils cook in just 20 minutes without any prior soaking. They have a delicious honey and citrus flavoring and their texture allows them to puree into a creamy blend. Golden Lentil recipes like golden lentil curry and yellow lentil dal will be great additions to your meal rotation. We love the versatility that comes with these gorgeous petite golden lentils.

How to Cook Golden Lentils

1 Cup Dry Golden Lentils

3 Cups Water

Rinse the gold lentils, add 3 cups water to a pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add lentils then simmer for 15-20 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain well.

How to Sprout Golden Lentils

1 Cup Dry Golden Lentils

Rinse lentils in cold water, then drain a total of three times. Transfer drained lentils to a 1 quart glass jar and cover lentils with cold water. Cover the jar with a paper towel and secure with a rubber band then let sit 12 hours.

Drain lentils and re-cover, letting sit at room temperature. Rinse and drain the lentils 1-2 times daily until sprouted.
