"These wheat berries arrived quickly and I have made two loaves of whole wheat bread grinding the grain with my Vitamix. The bread has much more flavor than store bought or bread made with King Arthur whole wheat flour. I am looking forward to trying more recipes and learning how to bake with fresh milled flour."

"i think you have an excellent product and i wanted to support locally, however i didn't read you're product description closely enough. i assumed glyphosate free meant organic and fount out i was mistaken. i e mailed you asking about the use of herbicides and insecticides and was given a non answer reply. Wheat grass is great for dogs and so I planted all three varieties of the wheat berries I purchased when I received them in their grass patch and they all quickly sprouted at the same time. "I am new to milling. So, my first couple weeks using each grain is my only experiance. They taste great! I have baked 4 loaves of bread, using 1/2 red hard wheat and 1/2 hard white wheat.
