Clear Creek Green Lentils have a very earthy and peppery flavor, Black Lentils are more bold with a nutty flavor, while the Golden Lentils are much more light with a honey and citrus flavor profile. Our premium lentils are a great addition to any soup, stew or lentil recipe.
