The lids are also equipped with a rubber gasket which creates an air-tight seal that will continue to keep these beautiful Yellow Split Peas fresh long after opening the bucket. Our Clear Creek Yellow Split Peas are a bright yellow color and have a mild, but buttery and smooth flavoring. Cooking these split peas takes just 20-30 minutes without any prior soaking.
