Our Clear Creek lentils are all Kosher, Non-GMO and vegan. We currently offer five different varieties of lentils grown in the Pacific Northwest. Our variety pack including Green Lentils, Black Beluga Lentils, and Golden Lentils packaged in our resealable linen bags is a great starter pack for any cook. Clear Creek Green Lentils have a very earthy and peppery flavor, Black Lentils are more bold with a nutty flavor, while the Golden Lentils are much more light with a honey and citrus flavor profile.
