Our Soft White Wheat is a bright golden color with a mild nutty flavor, while the Hard White Wheat is also a bright golden color the flavor is a more moderate nutty profile. Palouse Brand's Hard Red Spring Wheat however, is a deep golden red color and has a bold and nutty flavor profile. This pack will get you started with any kind of recipe.
