Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups multi purpose flour
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup applesauce
- 1 cup apple cider
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup apple cider
Directions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan.
- Combine wet ingredients for cake. Stir until well combined.
- Add dry ingredients, stir until smooth.
- Pour into pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes before flipping pan over.
- While cake is baking prepare glaze by mixing, powdered sugar and apple cider together until smooth.
- Once the cake is cooled. Glaze and serve.
