Cooking with lentils is very easy, each variety here will cook in under 30 minutes with no prior soaking required. With all 4 varieties of lentils, your options in the kitchen are endless, we love to make soups, stews, salads, and dahls with our lentils. Fantastic Lentils
"I have always loved lentils and didn't realize how much better they are fresh from the farm! I have been eating lentils every day since they arrived. Highly recommend. Also recommend cooking them with Montreal Steak Spice. Notes on the picture - both lentils were cooked with spices (montreal steak spice, curries) and whole garlic. Both have caramalized onions, garlic, mushrooms added after the lentils are cooked. The golden lentils also have spinach and the black ones air fryed tofu (which is so good I have to cook with it right away else I nibble on it all). Pasta is so I don't just eat lentils."
