Ingredients
1 tbsp. Palouse Brand Green Split Peas
1 tsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. whole raw almonds
1 tbsp. whole raw cashews
1 tbsp. carob chips
1 tbsp. whole flaxseed
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ cup spinach
½ cup frozen berries
½ cup frozen peaches
Directions
Place dry ingredients in a blending with a milling blade, mill them and set aside.
Place leafy greens in blender, add fruit and/or veggies, and add dry milled ingredients.
Add water to the max fill line. Place extractor blades on the container and blend.
