Fresh - Flavorful Chickpeas

"These chickpeas are superior in freshness and flavor. I bought a 25lb bag and split it with my daughter. We are pressure canning the dried peas so that we will have a ready-made supply for hummus, soups, salads. Make sure you check out the Palouse recipes."

Long time Palouse Brand Customer here

Seriously the best dry goods

"These chickpeas are the nicest I've ever seen. I'm new to cooking my own dried chickpeas. I use to get them from a health food store near me, they were always a dark green and ugly brown and small. I had to really go thru them. Not from this company! I'm so happy with Palouse Brand I also got their lentils, split peas, and black beans. And I'm on auto ship don't ever want to run out"

marina (5/5)

Consistent results

"These are just great chickpeas - they're larger than other dried brands, consistently sized, consistent results when preparing in a variety of ways. I enjoy tracing to find out the farm where they came from too!"
