"I rinse and then soak the chickpeas overnight, rinse again and drain well, and let them sit on the counter for a short time until they just begin to sprout. This is supposed to make them more nutritious. Then I cook them in an Instant Pot. It's so easy and a very reasonable price compared to canned beans.
