Palouse Brand is a 6 generation family farm based in Eastern Washington. Our family has been farming on the Palouse for over 125 years, growing the grains and legumes that we ship directly to our customers. We are a vertically integrated company, passionate about giving consumers an authentic farm to table experience, caring for our crops from the moment the seed goes into the ground to the moment the packaged product is shipped out to our customers.
Straight from our Fields
Growing our own products allows us to have full transparency with our customers, providing them with field locations, photos throughout the year documenting the growing process, seeding and harvest dates, as well as weather conditions that can affect the crop over the year such as rainfall.
Palouse Brand crops are an annual harvest, meaning we are able to harvest the crop once a year, usually in the late Summer to early Autumn. We only sell our most recent crop year, so that we can give consumers up to date and accurate information on their foods.
Women-Led Workplace
Palouse Brand takes great pride in being a women-led company. When Sara Mader started Palouse Brand she wanted to provide a flexible workplace for working women and families in our rural community so that the needs of both work and family could be met. This has developed into a packaging line run and managed by women.

Palouse Brand Certifications
In order to ensure the highest quality Palouse Brand products are tested for multiple certifications. Palouse Brand is a dry land farming operation which relies solely on rainfall for our crops. Our facilities practice the latest and greatest in food cleaning and protection. We are audited several times a year by the organizations that allow us to carry their certifications as well as the USDA.
