"Great grain! Clean grain in easy to handle 18lb bag. Grinds in vitamix or nutribullet with milling blade. Sifts out minimal germ. I mixes 50/50 hard red spring and hard white w 50% AP and provided AMAZING spring texture soughdough and soughdough discard products. Havent used other 2 kinds yet for pastry/cake. Alls i know is no wonder our forefathers could survive on bread and soup! The nutrient value is off the charts! A slice in the am is filling w no post carb crash. My soughdough starter rises like crazy when fed this! The bread in pan is AP store white flour. The other photos are palouse grain. So this is the color " white" bread should be w natural bran from endosperm floating to top. The 2 side by side loaves are straight soughdough as a loaf vs a round. Glade i found yoy! Also, wish a laminated card came w purchase to remind which grain to be used w what product. I found on website but would be super convenient! Thanks💖"
