How To Cook Spelt
- 1 Cup Clear Creek Spelt
- 3 Cups Water
- Rinse the spelt, add 3 cups water to a pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add spelt then simmer for 40-60 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain well.
