Palouse Brand Soft White and Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries are proudly grown on our farm to provide customers with an authentic farm to table experience. We grow our wheat berries on our 125 year old farm, harvest them, transport them, triple clean, and package them to be sent directly to our customers.
These wheat berries are packaged in 2 of our 5 pound burlap bags. The tightly woven fibers of our burlap bags helps to maintain the freshness of the wheat berries. Palouse Brand wheat berries are incredibly versatile. These two varieties in particular will help you bake delicious chocolate chip cookies or an amazingly fragrant sourdough.
