This wheat variety pack includes our Hard White Wheat, Soft White Wheat and Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries all packaged in our 3 pound 100% cotton bags. We love how environmentally friendly these bags are as they are plant based as well as the ink used is water based.
Palouse Brand Wheat Berries are all incredibly versatile. The Hard White Wheat Berries are best used to mill into a whole wheat white bread flour, while the Soft White Wheat Berries can be milled into a multi-purpose flour for any sweeter baking needs. Our Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries have a much bolder flavor profile and can be milled into flour that is perfect for creating rich sourdoughs. All of our bulk wheat berries are Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher, 100% Non-Irradiated and our farm is Certified Sustainable.
