"Love this wheat, I've been buying for a couple of years now. I've got a wonder mill that's been running strong for about 14 years. This wheat is very nice, fast shipping, bakes wonderfully in my various breads. Only issue is the bags. I've found I have to tape up the top of the bag with shipping tape and then cut through the shipping tape. Otherwise the bag literally sheds plastic into my wheat, which is bad."
