This 100 pound variety bundle includes 4, 25 pound bags of each of our four varieties of wheat berries, Hard White Wheat, Soft White Wheat, Hard Red Winter Wheat, and Hard Red Spring Wheat. Our 100 pound variety pack gives our customers the best value per ounce while also giving the customer the versatility to cook with any of our four wheat berries.
All Palouse Brand wheat berries are grown on our 125 year old family farm in Eastern Washington. They are cleaned and packaged in our facilities to then be shipped to our customers. Our wheats are all Non-GMO, our farm is Certified Sustainable, Kosher Parve, and Desiccant Free.

All the bags are free of debris, only wheat berries are in it. The prices a good and they ship very quickly. The bread I have made from these wheat berries is the best bread I have ever tasted!"

"I have a Wonder Mill (predecessor to the Whisper Mill) and bake my own bread to avoid additives that trigger my migraines. The bulk bag wheat variety bundle is a lovely way to bake a lot of bread, rotate through different flavors, and save money all at the same time. The soft white wheat makes delicious pancakes and biscuits. Not recommended for long term storage as the bugs will get into anything that isn't in a sealed bucket, however, for your next 3-6 months of baking, this is a great buy. Palouse has always shipped very promptly and I have never not been delighted with their service."
