Hard white wheat

"What an amazing product and fast shipping! I milled my first flour and baked my first bread with it! The flavor is absolutely wonderful! I will be making another purchase very soon! Love the bucket how it seals itself after being opened!"

Game Changer for fresh milled flour

"Just got my hands on a 25 lb bucket of hard white wheat berries and I am never going back to store-bought flour again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Milling my own flour has completely changed the game—fresh, clean, and full of flavor you just don’t get off the shelf. The texture is perfect for bread, and the dough feels alive when you’re working it. You can actually smell the difference the moment you grind it. These wheat berries are high quality, consistent, and store really well. Every batch I’ve milled has produced soft, slightly sweet flour that makes incredible loaves—great rise, great crumb, and amazing taste. If you’re even thinking about getting into home milling or just want to level up your bread game, this is 100% worth it. Total pantry upgrade. Five stars all the way."

Bucket is horrible to open

"The product, a high 5 and more! The bucket sucks. Never could get the lid off. Even had several friends try. Ended up cutting a hole in it. Unbelievable. Will purchase from this company again, just never the buckets."

Q&A

HELP! I am just getting started with milling my own wheat and am a bit confused about wheat berry storage. I am not looking to store grains for extremely long periods of time. I just want a reasonable amount of berries to use over several months. Are the 25-pound buckets with sealed lids meant to be opened and closed weekly as i bake or are they meant to stay sealed for long term storage? How long will a 25-pound bucket of wheat berries stay fresh if I open the bucket weekly to use some wheat berries? Do these 25-pound buckets have gamma sealed lids? Thanks for your help!
Hi, Our buckets can be opened and resealed, if you are going to be in and out of them alot, I do suggest getting a gamma lid.
