"I used the Soft White for my favorite biscuit recipe and had great results. I didn't mix it with any thing else. The flavor was very good and the color and crunch of the exterior was excellent. I will need to make some adjustments to the recipe to get the crumb right but I think thus wheat variety will be a great option."
