"I'm over the moon for this whole hard white wheat flour. I made a sourdough loaf out of it that was exquisite. I was shocked when I went to the store to buy flour, looked at the ingredients, and found that most flours contain more than just wheat. I don't want those additives in my food. Palouse puts out wonderful, whole foods products. This flour is exceptional and makes a sweet, delicate, lovely pale yellow loaf. I recommend it above all other flours."

"This Texan and UofI alum. am jacked that I found Palouse Farms for my beautiful new Breville breadmaker! Best Bread Ever! Delicious and easy flours to work with. I've enjoyed learning about berries, pearls, and grouts, too! I've tried milling, but I will be no competition as a grower, just a consumer. lol Thank you, Mador's for continuing as the backbone of America!"
