Our Multi-Purpose Flour is small batch stone ground from our Washington State Grown Soft White Wheat Berries. These wheat berries mill into a beautiful bright golden color with a mild nutty flavor and a touch of sweetness. The touch of sweetness in our whole grain multi-purpose flour is just what you’ll need to fill the house with delicious warm pastries, cookies and cakes.
All of our our flours are milled in small batches and have a shorter 6-month shelf life due to the natural oils they contain. We don't remove any parts or add preservatives, preserving the flour's natural quality.

"I haven’t been able to eat wheat from the US in 12+ years. Just came cross this company and so happy to have wheat back in my pantry. Not only have I been able to eat this wheat but I have 5 gluten sensitive friends/family members who can eat it with no symptoms. Amazing what a difference good clean (glyphosate free) wheat can make."
