"I was having a hard time finding yellow lentils in my area so I took to looking on-line, and I'm glad I did. Palouse Brand/Clear Creek lentils are so good! I purchased the 4 lb. linen bag (cool reusable bag). Product pricing is great and shipping was exceptionally quick and free. There's no Glyphosates (had to look that big word up) and they are non GMO. I worry about some countries that have high lead content in their soil and was happy to see (after looking into the Palouse region) that soil conservation, screening and regeneration has been on-going for many years in that area. Also the web-site has a Recipes and a Learn and Do section. Very nice. Oh, I made a Dal and it came out creamy and delicious. I will be buying again."
