The Best Chickpeas!

"I made hummus with these chickpeas for several hummus lovers, they all said it was the best they had ever had. I have always had to peel the shells before making hummus, even adding baking soda to the cooking water, but not with these chickpeas, I had a very fluffy and creamy hummus, no gritty texture whatsoever. These are the best chickpeas I have ever purchased. I am here to order more for long term mylar bag storage:)"

A staple in my diet!

"These chickens are incorporated into my meals weekly. they are incredible in their versatility in my vegan diet. The taste is amazing I can just eat them on their own without anything added not even salt. I cook them in my instant cooker for an hour & they turn out perfect every time. I think I would incredibility sad if I couldn't get any of your beans or lentils anymore."

Best Chickpeas

"I eat a lot of chickpeas and so I’ve tried quite a few different brands. Palouse is my favorite! Since I live at high altitude, I have to cook beans in a Insta pot. To do this quickly, I set the Insta pot to zero minutes and when that cycle is finished, let it sit for at least 20 minutes and then cook the chickpeas at high pressure for 18 minutes. I just wait until the pressure is released on its own. This makes them perfect for hummus. If I’m going to use them for something else, I’ll cook them for 16 minutes."

Excellent quality

"We are repeat customers and love the quality of Palouse chickpeas. We first came here because we value supporting farmers, and have stayed with Palouse because the quality of chickpeas we get here is unsurpassed (uniform, large, clean/very few duds or broken beans). So tasty; we have no trouble eating up the large bags!"

Exceptional

"By far the best chick peas ever. These are so fresh they need much less prep than store bought beans and cook beautifully. Always exceptional."
