How to Sprout Lentils

  • 1 Cup Dry Lentils

Rinse lentils in cold water, then drain a total of three times. Transfer drained lentils to a 1-quart glass jar and cover lentils with cold water. Cover the jar with a paper towel and secure with a rubber band then let it sit for 12 hours. Drain lentils and re-cover, letting sit at room temperature. Rinse and drain the lentils 1-2 times daily until sprouted.
