What is Identity Preservation?

Palouse Brand Identity Preserves your food. We keep detailed records of all our products on seed date, conditions, farming practices, and harvest date.

Our farm is vertically integrated: we control the entire supply chain. Once the seed is grown and harvested we transport the crop to our cleaning facility, Palouse Trading, where we store each truckload that is delivered. Details of the truckloads are also carefully logged so we can tell you which field the finished product was grown in.

We package the product at Palouse Trading then ship directly to you - each package comes with a QR code affixed to the package so that you can use your Smartphone to scan the code and be directed to the exact field we grew your product in. From there using Google Maps you can map driving directions from your location to the field.
